Recruiter/Sales Specialist (Contractor)

About Us: At Cuy Technologies, we specialize in recruiting candidates from LATAM, Philipines, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, India, Salvador, Chile to work remotely for USA, Canada, UK and Europe. With a vision for expansion into additional countries and professional fields, we’re looking to bring on our first Recruiter/Sales Specialist to focus primarily on USA placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Placement: Manage and place candidates in USA including candidate phone screens, organizing interviews, and reference checks.
• Business Development: Outreach to businesses in USA to expand our network and secure more partnerships, including contract negotiation skills.
• Candidate Support: Follow up with candidates once they have settled into their roles, ensuring smooth transitions.
• CRM Management: Keep our CRM system updated with candidate information and placement status, as well as business details.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in recruitment or sales (experience recruiting for roles in call center, IT, accounting, administrative, sales, management, marketing is a bonus, but not essential).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clients effectively.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms for candidate searching is a plus (although we will provide you with a lot of candidates ready to interview).
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for business development and relationship building.0
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and business relationships.
• Autonomous/able to work independently, and happy to work within a small team.
• Based in USA (due to time zone requirements).
