Performance Marketing Coordinator | Digital Marketing Operations
Location: Remote (LATAM)

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our growing digital marketing agency.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys bringing structure, organization, and accountability to multiple client accounts.
You'll work cross-functionally with Account Managers, Paid Media Specialists, Creative teams, CRM, Analytics, and Operations to ensure projects stay on track, priorities are clear, and client deliverables are executed on time.
This is not an entry-level marketing role. We're looking for someone who understands digital marketing operations, performance metrics, project management, and agency workflows.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate multiple client accounts simultaneously in a digital marketing agency.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Track campaign execution and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Coordinate Account Management, Paid Media, Creative, CRM, Analytics, and Operations teams.
- Prepare leadership reports with account status, risks, blockers, KPIs, and action plans.
- Participate in client meetings in English and document action items.
- Monitor campaign performance and account health.
- Analyze marketing metrics including ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, CPL, LTV, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.
- Identify operational risks before they impact delivery.
- Escalate issues with clear recommendations and business impact.
- Improve internal workflows, documentation, reporting, and operational processes.
- Support quality assurance across campaigns, reports, tracking, and client deliverables.

Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Performance Marketing Agency, or Paid Media Agency
- Advanced English (B2+) with confidence leading client meetings
- Experience coordinating multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of digital marketing operations
- Experience working with Paid Media campaigns
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, CPL, LTV)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating reports and executive updates
- Familiarity with project management, reporting, and documentation tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Success or Account Management experience
- Experience with retention and churn prevention
