Accountabilities
As a Senior Integrated Marketing and Operations Manager, you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives while creating operational excellence across the growth organization. You will act as a central coordinator between teams, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals and continuously improved through insights and automation.
- Lead the execution and optimization of integrated marketing programs, including webinars, nurture campaigns, email initiatives, content syndication, and customer advocacy programs.
- Define campaign objectives, KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria in collaboration with marketing and operations stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and improve engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
