Social Media Manager Intern

A fast-growing organisation in the IT services & digital marketing sector delivering digital growth, brand storytelling and performance marketing for B2B and B2C customers. We design and execute high-impact social campaigns that drive awareness, leads and community engagement across platforms.

Remote internship (India) — ideal for early-career candidates who want hands-on experience in social media management, content creation and analytics.

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain a platform-specific content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and emerging channels.
• Create engaging social content — static posts, carousels, short-form video concepts, captions and microcopy — aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Schedule and publish posts using scheduling tools and ensure timely community responses; monitor comments and DMs to drive engagement.
• Track performance using platform analytics and reporting tools; compile weekly performance summaries and insight-driven recommendations.
• Support creative ideation for organic campaigns, hashtag research, trend-driven content (Reels/Shorts) and A/B tests for post formats.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and product teams to repurpose assets and ensure brand consistency across channels.
