A high-focus e‑commerce fashion & apparel role operating in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) retail sector. This is a remote, freelance opportunity serving India-based candidates who can drive measurable online growth across acquisition, conversion and retention funnels.
Primary job title (standardized): Digital Marketing Manager
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, email and social channels to scale D2C revenue and improve unit economics.
- Plan, launch and optimise performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta to maximise ROAS, reduce CPL and meet monthly acquisition targets.
- Lead SEO and content initiatives to boost organic visibility, improve keyword rankings and increase qualified organic traffic.
- Design and run lifecycle & retention programs using Klaviyo/Mailchimp to improve repeat purchase rate and customer LTV.
- Implement tracking and analytics using GA4, GTM and Looker Studio; run CRO experiments and analyse funnel metrics to drive continuous improvements.
- Manage campaign budgets, vendor/freelancer partners, creative briefs and clear KPI reporting for stakeholders on a weekly/monthly cadence.
