Job Description


Industry: Technology & Software (SaaS and digital products) operating in B2B/B2C markets. Sector: Marketing & Brand Management focused on product-led growth, digital customer acquisition, and reputation building across India.

This is a remote role based in India for an experienced Brand Manager to own brand strategy, campaign execution, and measurement across digital and offline channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and own the brand strategy and positioning for target segments across the Indian market, translating business objectives into clear brand architecture and messaging.
  • Plan, launch, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, PR, partnerships) to drive awareness, consideration, and top-of-funnel demand.
  • Lead creative development—write briefs, manage agencies and vendors, approve assets, and ensure consistent brand execution across touchpoints.
  • Leverage consumer insights, market research, and performance data to refine messaging, creative, channel mix, and campaign cadence.
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, Sales, and Analytics teams to align GTM plans, support product launches, and convert brand equity into measurable business outcomes.
  • Track brand KPIs and campaign ROI, manage marketing budgets, monitor the competitive landscape, and recommend optimisation levers to improve impact.
