We’re a growing SaaS company looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to take ownership of our marketing and sales funnel. If you thrive on creating strategies that convert, love experimenting with different channels, and want the freedom to run campaigns from the ground up, this role is for you.
The Role
As our Digital Marketing Associate, your mission is simple: drive qualified leads and convert them into paying customers. You’ll have the opportunity to own both inbound and outbound campaigns, test across multiple channels, and directly impact our monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across inbound (SEO, content, paid ads) and outbound (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email) channels.
- Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms to generate qualified leads.
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging for sales conversions.
- Track and report on key performance metrics including lead volume, cost per lead, and contribution to MRR.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape the marketing roadmap, while having the autonomy to implement your own strategies.
- Manage marketing tools and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMRUSH/AHREF, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, ideally with SaaS products.
- Proven ability to generate leads and sales conversions.
- Hands-on expertise with paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, and growth hacking strategies.
- Strong technical skills with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience managing full marketing funnels (from awareness to paid conversion).
- Self-starter with the ability to own strategy and execution.
