Manage and grow our social media presence.
Create engaging graphics and marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others to improve productivity and marketing performance.
Research and introduce new AI tools that can help grow the business.
Manage opportunities through Upwork, Clutch, Government Tender portals and other procurement platforms.
Build and maintain our CRM and sales pipeline.
Book qualified discovery meetings.
Prepare weekly reports and recommend improvements.
Continuously identify new opportunities, partnerships and markets.

Growth Manager (Digital Marketing & Business Development)


Salary: Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses


Smart Web Agency is an award-winning UK digital agency delivering websites, software, AI solutions and digital transformation projects for clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and North America.

We're looking for an ambitious Growth Manager to take ownership of our business development and marketing activities. This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. We're looking for someone who brings ideas, builds systems and generates opportunities.

The Role

This is much more than a traditional Business Development role.

You'll be responsible for building and managing our complete growth engine, from lead generation and outbound sales to digital marketing, AI automation and brand awareness.

Your objective is simple: generate qualified opportunities, increase our online presence and help grow Smart Web Agency.


Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Development, Growth or Digital Marketing.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Experience running cold email campaigns.
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing.
  • Experience using AI tools.
  • Experience creating graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Bonus Skills

  • Experience working for a digital agency.
  • Experience with Apollo, GoHighLevel, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Zapier or Make.com.
