About Awriri
Aafyah Innovations is building Awriri — a Doctor Positioning System helping physicians, clinics, and hospitals across the GCC grow their digital presence and attract patients. We’re entering the market now with the UAE as our launch geography. We need someone to build our entire digital marketing engine from scratch — from first impression to paid subscriber — and own it end to end.
The Role
This is not a content-only role. We’re hiring a Full-Stack Digital Marketing Manager who owns the complete 360° marketing funnel — from brand awareness and organic growth, through lead generation and free sign-ups, all the way to paid subscription conversion and retention. You’ll build the digital marketing arm of Awriri from the ground up, the same way you’ve done it before. If you’ve only ever managed one part of the funnel, this role isn’t for you.
The 360° Funnel — What You’ll Own
You will be responsible for building, running, and optimising every stage below:
Stage 1 — Awareness & Brand Building
- Manage and grow Awriri’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Create and publish posts, tailored to each channel’s format and audience
- Build and execute an SEO/GEO/AEO strategy: keyword research, on-page optimisation, content SEO, and backlink building to drive organic traffic to Awriri’s website and app
- Develop a content calendar that positions Awriri as the authority in doctor digital presence across the GCC
- Engage with target audience users across platforms to increase awareness and drive traffic to our website and products
Stage 2 — Lead Generation & Paid Acquisition
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google
- Build and optimise landing pages and ad creatives that convert
- Define and manage CAC (customer acquisition cost) targets per channel
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and audience segments continuously
- Own the paid media budget and report ROI clearly
Stage 3 — Free Sign-Up & App Onboarding
- Drive traffic to Awriri’s app and convert visitors into free sign-ups
- Design and manage onboarding email sequences and in-app messaging that engage new users immediately
- Reduce drop-off at the sign-up stage through continuous funnel analysis and optimisation
- Build automated nurture flows that keep free users active and progressing toward conversion

Stage 4 — Free-to-Paid Conversion
- Own the strategy for converting free users into paying subscribers
- Design and run conversion campaigns: upgrade prompts, limited-time offers, value-driven email sequences, and in-app triggers
- Identify which user behaviours predict conversion and build campaigns around those signals
- Work closely with the product team to align feature releases with conversion pushes
Stage 5 — Retention & Community Growth
- Keep paid subscribers engaged and reduce churn through lifecycle campaigns and regular value delivery
- Grow an active online community of doctors and healthcare professionals who advocate for Awriri
- Actively engage with followers daily across all platforms: respond to comments, join conversations, and build genuine relationships
- Identify and engage with doctors, clinic owners, and medical associations to grow a targeted GCC healthcare following
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- Proven experience building a digital marketing function from scratch in a previous role — not inheriting one, building one
- End-to-end funnel ownership: you’ve run awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention — not just one layer
- Hands-on experience running paid ads on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google with measurable results
- Demonstrated track record of converting free app users or trial users into paid subscribers
- Strong SEO/GEO/AEO expertise: technical SEO, content SEO, keyword strategy, and backlink building
- A portfolio of brand accounts you’ve grown from scratch with real follower and engagement numbers
- Strong content creation skills: copywriting, visual direction, and platform-native storytelling across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Data-driven — you make decisions based on metrics, not instinct alone
- Confident working autonomously with high ownership and no hand-holding
- Excellent written English

- Experience setting up and managing Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and tracking infrastructure
