We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. UI/UX Designer - 100% Remote to shape the user experience and visual design of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and impactful. In this role, you will play a crucial role in crafting user-centered designs that well align with the design system, company’s vision and user needs.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs, ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Leverage AI tools to ideate and create designs more efficiently, effectively, and at a faster pace.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to present design concepts constructively and collaboratively.
• Ensure all designs adhere to the established design system and align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand design requirements and assess implementation feasibility.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and advancements in AI to continuously enhance processes and outputs.
• Create usable design assets that add value to the team and contribute to the company’s success.

1. 5 Years in UI/UX Design: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with UI/UX Design crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that enhance usability and deliver a seamless experience.
2. 3 Years with Design Sysyem: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in creating or contributing to the design system. This includes defining the typography, color schemes, designing variants for each component and ensuring the responsiveness.
3. 2 Years of Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to lead Design team activities, mentor junior designer, and work collaboratively with product managers, FE Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
4. 1 Year in AI Design Tools: Skilled in leveraging AI tools to ideate and create designs more efficiently, effectively, and at a faster pace, enabling rapid iteration while maintaining high design quality.

1. Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform design decisions. A strong ability to translate user needs into actionable design solutions.
2. Experience using tools like Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and optimize designs for performance and engagement.
3. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to assess and support implementation feasibility in collaboration with developers.
