Working Hours: Either 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PKT or 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT
Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days/week)

What You'll Do:
As a Graphic Designer, you'll independently manage design projects from the initial client brief through to final delivery while collaborating closely with your line manager throughout the creative process.

- Designing engaging visual assets for email marketing campaigns, automations, social media, websites, blogs, landing pages, banner ads, and other digital marketing channels.
- Researching client brands, competitors, target audiences, and market trends to develop effective creative concepts.
- Creating layouts, design systems, and graphics that align with each client's branding guidelines and visual identity.
- Generating creative ideas based on customer insights, marketing strategy, industry trends, and campaign objectives.
- Collaborating with the line manager during project planning, creative reviews, and revisions to continuously improve design quality.
- Participating in client briefing sessions to understand brand identity, business objectives, and audience expectations.
- Applying branding principles, typography, colour theory, spacing, hierarchy, and modern design practices across every project.
- Staying current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to improve creative output and efficiency.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Maintaining exceptional attention to detail and delivering polished, production-ready designs.
Whom We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work and requires minimal supervision. You should be proactive, organized, and capable of consistently producing high-quality designs while managing multiple priorities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work, particularly email marketing templates, branding projects, and digital marketing creatives.
- At least 2 years of full-time professional experience designing digital marketing assets for brands or marketing/advertising agencies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong experience designing for multiple industries, including eCommerce, SaaS, technology, food & beverage, fashion, beauty, retail, and consumer brands.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of branding systems, typography, layout design, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and digital design best practices.
- Excellent research and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of advertising trends, digital marketing, and customer-focused design.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
