StratifyOne is partnering with a growing UK signage and graphics company to hire an experienced Signage & Billboard Designer/Artworker.

This is a full-time remote role with fixed working hours. It is not a freelance or project-based position.

We are specifically looking for someone with proven hands-on experience in signage, billboards, and large-format graphics production. Experience limited to general print or marketing design will not be suitable for this role.

You will work closely with fabrication and production teams to produce accurate, production-ready artwork and technical drawings for real-world signage installed on shopfronts, buildings, and commercial environments.

What You’ll Do

• Produce technically accurate, production-ready artwork from client briefs and brand guidelines

• Create signage, billboard, and large-format graphics for commercial use

• Develop technical drawings and fabrication-ready files

• Prepare print-ready artwork with correct colour profiles, bleed, layers, scale, and formats

• Collaborate with fabrication teams on material and production requirements

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setup

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience specifically in signage and billboard design

• Strong portfolio showing signage, billboard, or large-format production work (required)

• Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills, plus Photoshop and Acrobat

• Strong understanding of signage materials, fabrication, and installation processes

• Experience preparing artwork for print production and manufacturing workflows

• Ability to work independently in a structured remote role

Bonus Skills

• CorelDRAW or SolidWorks experience

• Background in retail, outdoor advertising, transport, exhibition, or wayfinding signage

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly for design workflows

• Applicants without a relevant signage/billboard portfolio will not be considered

• General print or marketing design experience is not sufficient for this role
