Creative Operations Director

We are an Executive Search firm seeking a Creative Operations Director for an agency in Des Moines, Iowa.

This is a full-time, on-site role working closely with a large team including clients, creative directors, designers, stylists, photographers, production and others to produce engaging creative, on time and on brand.

Qualifications:

-Bachelors in marketing, business, communications or 5-7 years related work experience.

-Adobe Creative Suite, Monday.com or other project management software

-Team management/supervision.

-Agency process management (client facing input to brief through project management).
