Senior Creative Director for AI Video and Image Generation

Lama10 is an AI video and image generation platform based in Dubai. We're building the creative engine behind our brand — and we're looking for one person to lead it.

This is a hybrid role: you own the ideas AND the visuals. You develop campaign concepts, define our messaging, and set the visual direction — and you stay hands-on: reviewing generated material daily, building look guides, and pushing quality on every asset.

What you'll do:

• Develop campaign ideas and messaging for product launches and brand content

• Define and maintain the visual identity across all touchpoints — social, ads, YouTube, product

• Build per-campaign visual guides (references, camera language, color, typography)

• Review and select AI-generated material daily, giving precise visual feedback to our AI Creators

• Set the creative guardrails for performance ads

• Lead a small creative team and steer external production partners

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience combining creative direction (concepts, campaigns, brand) with art direction (visual systems, hands-on design)

• Strong portfolio in social-first content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube); performance-ad experience is a plus

• High affinity for AI tools (generative image/video) — you don't need to be an expert, but you must be curious and fast

• Fluent in German AND English

• Willing to relocate to Dubai — this is an on-site role (relocation support provided)

• Senior, but a maker — not a pure manager
