Salary: up to 3,500 USD (Net)
Job summary:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader with a strong background in IT recruitment to drive our hiring strategy, attract top-tier tech talent, and build a high-performing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends, along with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire the best IT professionals.
- Lead and manage the IT recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and create job descriptions.
- Leverage various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.) to build a strong pipeline of IT candidates.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
- Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention rates, etc.).
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and tech communities.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer for IT talent.
Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring for software development, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and other IT roles.
- Strong knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, and IT industry trends.
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for building high-performing teams and improving recruitment processes.
