This is a fully remote position, obviously. and not limited to any part of the world.
Hey wonderfully talented people. We're looking to hire a UX/UI Designer on a shortterm basis for this website revamp. Someone who has previous experience (ideally, but not necessary) in designing laundry and or delivery websites. We're looking for the mockups to be designed in Figma and to have both the Desktop and Mobile views.
This will be a very good opportunity for designers to see the immediate business impacts of their designs. We have hundreds of customers book per month, all across Canada, and we're able to quantify the dropouts at several stages in the websites and in the booking app in the website. This means we will be able to track if your designs are really working, you can add this to your resume!
Our Startup company, 1StopLaundry (www.1stoplaundry.com) is the Laundry of Uber Eats. We pickup laundry from customers home, and drop it off to them 24-48 hours later, cleaned and folded.
Our customer base has grown and we're rapidly expanding, whilst our website has been designed by our own software engineers (Uh Oh!). As you will see the website is very busy.
We have created a documented of things we'd like to change, and you will be able to use this as a reference / guide, but please feel free to take over. We use slack for communication, so we will add you into your own group and converse with you daily to see the updates and so on.
