  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
  • Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools

  • Ability to interpret data, conduct user research, and incorporate insights into creative development
  • Driven to stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the potential of AI and automation in marketing

Responsibilities

  • Design compelling visual assets including ad sets, landing pages, and banners that are optimized for performance and aligned with campaign goals
  • Create motion graphics and short-form videos tailored for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units, ensuring compliance with platform specifications and attention spans
  • Collaborate with media and content teams to develop creative concepts grounded in audience insights and campaign strategies
  • Maintain brand consistency across static, motion, and video assets while adapting to different audience segments and platforms
  • Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazy Egg
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Iterate and refine creative assets based on performance data, testing outcomes, and stakeholder feedback
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing regular updates and ensuring timely delivery
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO and user experience design

Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary range of $70,000 - $95,000 CAD, based on experience and skills
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, with employer-paid coverage for you and partial contribution for dependents
