Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and distributing effective marketing content to enhance our brand presence. You will spearhead innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events.

Collaboration with the management team to align marketing efforts with sales strategies is crucial. Your analytical skills will be essential for monitoring and reporting the success of marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will manage and train junior marketing officers and coordinate with graphic designers to ensure cohesive and compelling visual content.

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen relationships with clients and company partners.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report the success of campaigns and events.
• Create compelling online and offline marketing content.
• Manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and social media platforms.
• Maintain and create documentation for marketing processes.
• Develop marketing strategies, benchmark against competitors, and perform market analysis.
• Manage and train junior marketing officers.
• Coordinate with and manage the graphic designer to ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of marketing experience.
• BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Korean (flexible)
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in market research and analysis.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Understanding of marketing concepts and strategies.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using marketing tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with fintech, blockchain, or related industries.
• Familiarity with digital wallets, NFTs, and Web3 applications.
• Experience in managing and training junior staff.
• Experience in coordinating with graphic designers or creative teams.
