🛠 Your Daily Responsibilities
- Analyze RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and prepare proposals for management and customers
- Lead pre-analysis of RFQs: delivery allocation, logistics & product costs, contract terms, technical and tax assessment, HSE & credit reviews
- Coordinate supplier quotation requests as needed
- Submit accurate and timely customer quotations
- Manage Offering & Order Acceptance processes in ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics,SAP)
- Support a portfolio of accounts (e.g. global customers, regions, or product lines)
