Job Description

Job Description

This role is well-positioned for a curious, analytical problem solver who thrives in a data-informed, fast-paced environment and wants to help shape how People/HR runs at scale.

Revelo, a leading tech company revolutionizing code training data for leading AI labs, is hiring a People Jr. Analyst. You'll work closely with the People team to turn data into insights, automate processes, and help launch new initiatives across a multi-country footprint (US, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Peru). As a US-based startup with $50M in funding, Revelo is transforming how US companies connect with top tech talent in Latin America.

Key Strengths of This Role

  • Analytical Focus & Curiosity: This position requires strong analytical skills to work with People data, uncover trends, and surface insights that drive better decisions across the employee lifecycle. A strong problem solver will be comfortable digging into datasets, spotting patterns, and proposing new projects for the People area, not just executing tasks.

  • Ownership & Project Mindset: Requires genuine interest in taking ownership of projects end-to-end, from idea to implementation. Success depends on curiosity and initiative. We are looking for someone excited to explore new tools, test ideas, and bring proposals to the team rather than wait for direction.

  • AI & Automation Enthusiasm: Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to speed up analysis, drafting, and day-to-day workflows. Interest in process automation using tools like n8n or Zapier to eliminate manual, repetitive work across People processes.

Responsibilities

  1. Clean, organize, and analyze People/HR data (headcount, hiring, attrition, eNPS, org data, etc.) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key People metrics and business health across countries.
  3. Manipulate and work with large volumes of data in Excel or Google Sheets to support analyses and decision-making.
  4. Propose and help implement automations for People processes using tools like n8n or Zapier.
  5. Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to support projects, from data analysis to documentation and process design.
  6. Partner with People team members (People Ops, Employee Experience, Company Kick-offs) to understand needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  7. Support and help scope new projects for the People area, bringing ideas and testing hypotheses.
  8. Help maintain the accuracy and integrity of People data across systems (e.g., Rippling).
  9. Manage vendors and platforms, including benefits, HRIS, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR Business Partner processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, International Relations, or a related field with an analytical focus.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including data manipulation, formulas, and working with large datasets.
  • Curiosity and comfort using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, or similar) in daily work.
  • Interest in or exposure to process automation tools (n8n, Zapier, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in Portuguese. Intermediate to advanced English is required.
  • Proactive and curious profile with a genuine interest in owning projects rather than simply executing tasks.
  • Previous HR experience or related is a plus.

Why Join Us?

Are you looking for a high-impact role where your analytical skills and curiosity directly shape how People operates? In this position, you'll be at the core of the People team's data and automation efforts, helping build the tools and processes that support a fast-growing, multi-country team.

• Autonomy – If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love solving problems with data, this role offers real ownership over projects.

• Make an Impact – Your insights and automations will directly improve how the People team operates and scales across the company.

• 100% Remote – Work from anywhere in Latin America. We also offer partnerships with coworking spaces across the region.
