A Series A rocket ship ($29M raised, YC-backed) building AI-native lending infrastructure for banks is looking for their next Technical Recruiter. This isn't a maintain-the-machine role — you'll own full-cycle technical hiring across engineering, from IC to exec level, as the company scales rapidly post-Series A.
What you'll own:
- Full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, IC through exec-level engineers
- Sourcing, screening, and closing top engineering talent in a competitive market
- Managing 4-5 open roles simultaneously with a hands-on, high-intensity approach
- Building recruiting process, employer brand, and sourcing strategy from scratch
- Partnering directly with first-time hiring managers, coaching them on best practices

What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience at a high-growth startup, Series B or earlier preferred
- Recent startup experience (last 3-5 years) - not just large, established companies
- Hands-on executor - sources, coordinates, and moves candidates yourself, not just oversees
- Has recruited software engineers specifically, not just hardware or non-technical roles
- High intensity and scrappiness - comfortable with chaos, ambiguity, and selling an early-stage company
- Strong academic pedigree preferred - you'll be representing the brand externally

Compensation: $160K-$200K base plus competitive equity
