Key Responsibilities

- Infrastructure & Security: Oversee physical, virtual, and cloud systems. Manage patch protocols, data intrusion systems, and disaster recovery.
- Innovation: Identify and deploy emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI solutions to optimize distribution workflows.
- Financial Oversight: Own the departmental budget, including hardware/software procurement and vendor ROI analysis.

- Experience: 10+ years in IT leadership with a proven track record in people management.
