Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in IT leadership with a proven track record in people management.
• Industry Context: Previous experience in the beverage distribution industry within the last 5 years is essential.
• Technical Depth: Strong background in Windows System Administration (Exchange/O365) and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, SSH, LDAP).
• Communication: Ability to translate complex technical jargon into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
