Hard Skills
- Strong layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy instincts for quick-turn performance creative
- Can handle a high volume of repeatable asks with speed without letting the work get generic, sloppy, or over-produced.
- Can create strong static assets across the formats we see most often: feed assets, thumbnails, carousels, and freeform support visuals.
- Can move efficiently across resizes, net-new statics, and light concepting without sacrificing quality
- Can plus up existing client assets and ideas, not just execute exactly what is handed to them
- Can do internal visual exploration if client focused bandwidth allows
- Able to work across various creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Docs
