Our client, a leading social media and digital advertising platform, is seeking a Motion Designer to create engaging, platform-native creative that resonates with online communities. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to adapt creative for social channels, can move quickly in a high-volume environment, and has a strong eye for motion, pacing, and storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine motion assets for digital campaigns, including GIFs, short-form video edits, light animation, logo treatments, captions, and motion graphics.
- Adapt existing video assets into platform-native creative that feels authentic, engaging, and optimized for performance.
- Produce multiple creative versions while maintaining high quality and brand consistency.
- Enhance lightweight creative with thoughtful motion design that elevates the overall experience.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to bring campaign concepts to life.
- Work from briefs that may evolve throughout the creative process while delivering polished, production-ready assets.
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, social-first creative, and short-form video editing. MUST be included with application to be considered
- 3+ years of motion design, motion graphics, and video editing experience for digital marketing or advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and Google Workspace.
- Experience creating social media content optimized for digital platforms.
- Ability to work efficiently on high-volume versioning while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of typography, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
