Job Description:We are seeking a talent-driven and organized Recruitment Coordinator to manage and streamline our end-to-end recruitment operations. In this role, you will handle both local and international hiring, coordinate with global manpower agencies, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires while maintaining compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle for both local and international talent acquisition.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Actively source, screen, and schedule interviews for qualified candidates across various departments.
  • Agency Coordination: Partner and follow up with recruitment agencies and overseas manpower suppliers.
  • Onboarding & Offers: Prepare formal employment offers, onboarding documentation, and maintain updated employee files.
  • Global Mobility: Assist with visa processing, relocation logistics, and mobilization for international hires.
  • Compliance: Maintain comprehensive HR records and ensure strict compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
  • HR Administration: Support employee orientation programs and manage general HR administrative activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic HR/Recruitment reports and maintain internal personnel databases.


Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Nationality: Saudi Nationality is required (Due to Saudization compliance).
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local and international recruitment processes, including overseas hiring and Saudi Labor Law.
  • Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with HRIS or ERP systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, cross-cultural coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Languages: Good command of English, both written and spoken.
