What is the Role
Give is looking for a proactive and people-first Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations to join Give's People team. This is a remote role that combines end-to-end recruitment with HR operations.
As a key member of the People team, you'll partner closely with hiring managers across functions to attract exceptional talent, drive hiring initiatives, and ensure smooth HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle. You'll thrive in this role if you're highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable collaborating across teams in a remote-first environment.
What will you do?
Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end recruitment across business and support functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, coordinate virtual interview processes, and manage the candidate experience from application to offer.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Drive offer discussions, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding readiness.
- Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios.
- Support employer branding initiatives and help strengthen Give's presence as an employer of choice.

HR Operations
- Coordinate virtual onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and data with a high level of confidentiality.
- Partner with payroll, finance, IT, and business teams to support employee lifecycle processes.
- Prepare employment letters and other HR communications.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, virtual team events, rewards & recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Generate HR reports, maintain dashboards, and support audits as required.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes using technology and automation.

What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships virtually.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Sheets/Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in startups, technology companies, or social impact organizations is an advantage.
