The RoleWe're looking for a strategic HR leader—a Head of Human Resources Operations—to design and lead HR strategy, operations, and culture for our distributed organization. You'll own end-to-end HR operations, build scalable processes that support growth across geographies, and cultivate a workplace culture that attracts and retains exceptional talent.
This isn't transactional HR. You'll partner with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. You'll use data and insights to inform HR strategy. You'll build systems and processes that scale with us.

What You'll OwnHR Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with Magnum Radius's business objectives and growth plans
- Conduct workforce planning to anticipate talent needs as the organization scales
- Design talent acquisition strategies that attract high-performing professionals aligned with our values
- Define performance management frameworks that support excellence and accountability
- Plan for organizational structure and capability building ahead of business growth
- Advise leadership on people-related business strategy and decision-making
HR Operations & Administration
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and exit management
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee benefits optimization
- Maintain accurate HR data, records, and documentation in compliance with local regulations
- Manage employee relations—handling inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution
- Ensure consistent, fair application of HR policies and practices across all locations
- Coordinate with external partners (recruiters, payroll providers, compliance advisors)
HRIS Implementation & Optimization
- Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of Human Resources Information Systems
- Configure HRIS to support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and reporting
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HRIS systems
- Develop dashboards and reporting that provide HR and business insights
- Continuously optimize HRIS workflows for efficiency and user experience
- Train leadership and teams on HRIS utilization
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all operating jurisdictions (India, Australia, etc.)
- Develop and maintain HR policies that meet legal requirements while supporting business flexibility
- Conduct regular compliance audits and implement corrective actions
- Stay current on employment law changes and advise leadership on implications
- Manage employment-related risk and mitigate potential legal exposure
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and regulatory requirements
Culture & Employee Engagement

Team Leadership

- Set high standards for HR service quality, responsiveness, and strategic thinking
- Provide coaching and development to HR team members
- Foster collaboration within HR and with other departments
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with leadership on people-related business challenges and opportunities
- Work closely with Finance on compensation, budget planning, and workforce cost management
- Collaborate with Operations on workflow optimization and process improvement
- Support teams with HR guidance, policy clarification, and conflict resolution
- Maintain regular communication with all levels of the organization
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop HR metrics and dashboards that inform business decisions
- Track recruitment metrics, retention, engagement, and organizational health
- Prepare HR reports for leadership on hiring, turnover, diversity, and culture metrics
- Use data to identify trends and recommend strategic HR initiatives
- Provide insights on workforce planning and talent pipeline
Core Experience
- 8+ years in HR operations, HR management, or human resources in growing organizations
- Proven track record leading end-to-end HR operations and building scalable HR functions
- Prior experience managing distributed or remote teams across multiple locations
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations (startups, scale-ups, or expanding firms)
- Prior leadership experience managing HR teams or significant HR responsibilities
- Track record of implementing HRIS systems and optimizing HR technology
