Job Description
ABOUT US
INFINNI is building the infrastructure that powers the creator economy. We’re a technology company reimagining how creators work by designing powerful, modern tools that make it simple to manage, distribute, and scale their work.
The creator economy is on track to exceed $480B by 2027, yet the software powering it is fragmented and outdated. We’re here to change that. Our ecosystem of products—trusted by the biggest names in the industry—streamlines content management, distribution, and monetization.
We’re a global team of 150+ engineers, designers, marketers, and operators with experience at Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, N26, TIER, and WeWork. United by a shared mission: to empower creators to grow across platforms and markets by centralizing their content, sales, and operations into a single connected ecosystem.
Role Overview
We’re building a brand-new product vertical from zero, and we’re looking for a Product Design Lead to own it end to end. This is a 0-to-1 mandate: you’ll shape what we build, how it feels, and how it ships — then iterate relentlessly once it’s in users’ hands.
You’ll set the design direction for the vertical, lead a small team executing against it, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with internal stakeholders, partners, and engineers. This isn’t a role for someone who wants a tidy brief and a backlog. It’s for a designer who’s bold, resourceful, and energized by ambiguity — someone who can turn a fuzzy vision into a shipped product and rally a team around it.
If you think like a builder, get your hands dirty with real users, and use every tool available (AI included) to move faster, you’ll thrive here.
What you’ll be doing
- Own a product vertical from concept to launch to iteration — you’re accountable for the design outcome, not just the artifacts.
- Translate vision and ambiguity into clear, shippable solutions, and bring stakeholders along with you.
- Lead and organize execution across a small design team — setting direction, prioritizing, and keeping momentum.
- Get close to users. User research and direct conversations are core to this job, not an afterthought — you’ll plan and run research workshops and synthesize what you learn into product decisions.
- Partner closely with developers to ship and maintain a high UI bar — sweating the details that separate good from great.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align on what matters and why.
- Use AI tools (Claude, and others) to multiply your output and the team’s — from research synthesis to exploration to production.
- Tell the story. Communicate decisions and rationale clearly enough that the whole org understands where you’re taking the product.

What you bring
- Rich experience as a product designer, with recent experience leading a team.

- The ability to turn vision into solution, and to lead the execution that gets it there.
- A startup mindset: bold, resourceful, comfortable owning outcomes with limited certainty.
- Comfort being close to users — running research and workshops, and pulling insight from direct conversations.
- A strong cognitive and analytical toolkit, paired with structure and organization in how you work.
- Effective storytelling when you communicate — verbally and visually.

Nice to have
- Previous experience in adjacent spaces: creator, fans, social media, or adult.
- Technical knowledge — front-end and web technologies, backend systems, authentication.
- Additional languages: Chinese, German, or Spanish.
What’s in it for you
- Real ownership. A product vertical that’s yours to define and lead — the kind of scope most designers wait a career for.
- 0-to-1 from day one. Build something new instead of maintaining someone else’s roadmap.
- Direct impact. Small team, fast decisions, and a clear line between your work and the outcome.
- Work at the frontier. A team that treats AI as a genuine force multiplier, not a buzzword.
- Fully remote, real flexibility. Work from wherever you do your best thinking. We optimize for output, not hours logged or time zones matched.
- Fair, competitive pay. Compensation is market-rate — around average, and a bit above for the right person. We’re honest about that: the pull here is the ownership and the flexibility, not an inflated salary.
- Plus the usual essentials to keep you supported and doing your best work.
