HIRING - Creative Director (Founding Creative Partner) at Movesmethod (Remote)
At Movesmethod, we help people move better, live pain free, and take control of their bodies by improving their mobility. We have over 200,000 customers across 50 plus countries and we're growing fast.
Behind the brand is Vanja Moves, whose content already reaches millions of people. The next chapter is bigger than fitness content. We're building a media company around movement, human performance, philosophy and health. YouTube, podcasts, documentaries, books.
We need someone to build it with her.
The Role
You'll be Vanja's creative counterpart.
This is a founding level creative hire. You'll challenge her thinking, sharpen her ideas and turn them into work people remember. One week you might be outlining a documentary, the next rewriting a podcast concept, the next mapping out the next 100 YouTube videos.
If you've built or grown a YouTube channel, produced podcasts, or worked directly with a founder or creator, you know what this takes. You don't need a fitness background. Strong candidates could come from creator teams, documentary production, journalism, publishing or media startups.
You Need To Have
- Deep understanding of YouTube. You break apart videos to understand why they work.
- Podcast production knowledge, from concept to published episode.
- Exceptional storytelling and strong writing. You'll be producing outlines, briefs and narratives constantly.
- Serious research ability across psychology, philosophy, science, culture and storytelling.
- Brand thinking. You understand audience psychology and what makes a brand people quote.
- Strong creative taste and the confidence to defend it.
- Experience directing editors, designers or other creatives to a high standard.
- Comfort disagreeing with the person in charge. You protect ideas, not egos.
- High ownership. Nobody is going to hand you a content calendar. You build the plan.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Shaping the long term creative vision of the brand alongside Vanja.
- Developing original ideas across YouTube, podcasts, Instagram and future media projects.
- Writing outlines, talking points and creative briefs.
- Directing editors and working with designers on thumbnails, branding and visual identity.
- Running weekly creative planning sessions.
- Analysing audience behaviour and using it to make the next piece of content better.
- Using AI to build faster, more efficient creative systems.
- Building the creative systems and production pipeline, then helping recruit and lead the team that runs it.
