Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Teams & Unified Communications (UC) Engineer to lead the design, implementation, migration, and support of enterprise collaboration and voice solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business (SFB), Enterprise Voice, Direct Routing, and hybrid collaboration environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead migration from legacy voice systems to Microsoft Teams
• Design and manage Teams Voice architecture (Direct Routing, Call Queues, Auto Attendants)
• Troubleshoot Teams audio/video and call quality issues
• Manage enterprise UC infrastructure, governance, and lifecycle

• Integrate Teams with PSTN, PBX, SBCs, and collaboration tools
• Develop HLD/LLD, roadmaps, and technical documentation
• Work with Microsoft and vendors for issue resolution and delivery

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft Teams & Skype for Business experience
• Enterprise Voice & Direct Routing expertise
• Experience in large-scale migration projects
• Strong PowerShell and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of networking and voice protocols

Key Skills Required

• Microsoft Teams (Phone System, Direct Routing, Policies, Devices)
• Skype for Business (2015+) & Enterprise Voice
• Migration from legacy PBX systems (Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Mitel)
• Teams to Skype for Business migration experience
• Session Border Controllers (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Oracle)
• VoIP, SIP, RTP, H.323, MGCP, QoS
• Azure AD, DNS, Firewall, Network configuration
• PowerShell scripting (Teams Module)
• Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) & troubleshooting
• Audio/Video and endpoint management
