Service Delivery Lead

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Lead with 10+ years of experience to oversee delivery coordination for our ServiceNow engagements. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Solution Architects on resource planning, project scheduling, and delivery escalations while ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead delivery coordination for ServiceNow projects across your delivery hub.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Solution Architects on resource planning, scheduling, and delivery escalations.
• Drive Agile project execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and capacity planning.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of delivery issues.
• Track SLA adherence, resource utilization, and delivery performance through regular reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding for new team members and support effective team collaboration.
• Work closely with architects, technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in IT project or service delivery management.

Strong experience with:

• ServiceNow project delivery and coordination
• Project scoping and planning
