Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X to drive app downloads and marketplace growth
Own campaign strategy, budgeting, targeting, and creative testing to hit CPI, CAC, and ROAS targets
Design or art-direct scroll-stopping ad creative — static, carousel, and video — tailored to a luxury, collector-focused audience
Build and manage full-funnel campaigns from brand awareness to dealer acquisition and collector conversion
Run continuous creative testing (hooks, formats, visuals, copy) to keep performance improving
Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
Manage ad spend across platforms ensuring efficient allocation and reporting
Stay ahead of platform updates, luxury/e-commerce ad trends, and emerging paid social opportunities
Coordinate async with growth, product, and community teams to align paid social with broader marketing goals

Paid Social Media Ads Leader — Chronobay (Remote)

Chronobay is the premier zero-commission marketplace app for buying and selling pre-owned authentic timepieces, built for professional dealers and private collectors. With government-grade identity verification via UAE PASS coming soon, real-time market data through WatchCharts™, and a secure, closed-loop trading ecosystem, we're redefining trust and transparency in luxury watch trading — and we're just getting started.

We're looking for a Paid Social Media Ads Leader to own and scale our paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X — driving app installs, dealer sign-ups, and collector engagement. This is a fully remote position — work from anywhere, own the results.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and X to drive app downloads and marketplace growth
  • Own campaign strategy, budgeting, targeting, and creative testing to hit CPI, CAC, and ROAS targets
  • Design or art-direct scroll-stopping ad creative — static, carousel, and video — tailored to a luxury, collector-focused audience
  • Build and manage full-funnel campaigns — from brand awareness to dealer acquisition and collector conversion

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally for apps, marketplaces, e-commerce, or luxury brands
  • Strong design skills — proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or similar, with a portfolio of ad creative you've designed or directed
  • Proven track record of scaling app install campaigns and improving CAC/ROAS
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with attribution, MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer/Adjust), and performance reporting
  • Experience marketing to high-net-worth or luxury/collector audiences is a strong plus
  • Self-directed and comfortable working remotely across time zones
  • Excellent communication skills and a sharp creative eye for what performs
