Our company operates on a national scale, yet our team remains rooted in the Philadelphia area and fully remote.

About the Opportunity

• Source and screen candidates through a structured, high-quality workflow that reflects our brand, utilizing multiple tools.
• Connect with candidates by phone, understand their strengths, and evaluate technical and cultural alignment.
• Learn each candidate’s career goals, personal drivers, and long-term interests so you can guide them with care and accuracy.
• Write clear candidate bios that help clients understand why the candidate fits their needs.
• Support candidates through the interview process and act as a trusted advisor who focuses on alignment, not transactions.
• Keep all activity well-documented in our CRM and ATS to ensure a smooth and consistent process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with careful attention to detail.
• Interest in a consultative recruiting environment with room for real growth.
• Recruiting experience is helpful, although not required.
