What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and deliver the company's hiring plan to support ambitious growth targets.
  • Attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across key markets.
  • Lead and develop a small team, driving high performance and consistency.
  • Improve recruitment processes, reporting, and candidate experience as the business scales.
  • Wider people team initiatives such as onboarding, offboarding, employer branding and more.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within a startup or scale-up.
  • Proven experience helping a company scale from approximately 60+ employees through rapid growth.
  • Strong sourcing, outreach, and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment platforms, market trends, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present clear recruitment metrics and insights.
  • An ownership mindset—you build relationships, solve problems proactively, and thrive in fast-paced environments.


Bonus If You Have

  • Exposure to wider People Operations, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Experience implementing or improving ATS and recruitment systems.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Get oriented across our current recruitment and people tools, processes, and documentation. Meet the team, understand what exists, and start identifying what needs to be built.


After 1 Month

You're executing. Recruitment and core people ops are running under your ownership. You know where the gaps are and have a point of view on how to close them.


In 3 Months

You own the Recruitment process end to end. Processes are tighter, tooling recommendations are on the table, and the people and recruitment backbone is running reliably without anyone needing to check in on it.
