We are seeking a top-caliber HR Business Partner to cover the NAM region on a 6-month FTC, supporting our global HR strategy in a rapidly growing business of ~450 employees, with further growth planned organically and via M&A.

Who are you?


You will be a dynamic HR Generalist with significant operational experience you will use to drive forward key regional and global activities including. employee relations, benefit renewal, HR project management, talent acquisition, regional operations, and global communications whilst supporting and developing our team of Coordinators, HR Advisors and the Global Talent Team.


The key responsibilities of the role include:

Deliver a best-in-class, proactive HR service to the business, including:


ยท Partnering with leadership: Advise and coach local managers on all HR matters, including talent acquisition, talent management, and employee development. Provide ongoing support to both employees and managers.

ยท Strengthening HR infrastructure:

o Contribute to and influence HR strategy by gathering input and securing buy-in from key business stakeholders.

o Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement process enhancements.

ยท Employee Relations: Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.

ยท Driving change initiatives: Act as a change agent, championing communication and employee engagement. Support and lead change initiatives, including managing all people-related aspects of business transformation projects.

ยท Leading HR programs: Support and drive the rollout of annual HR initiatives across the business alongside regional leadership teams (e.g., compensation reviews, performance management, talent development, high-potential programs, and training needs analysis).

ยท Ensuring compliance: Maintain HR compliance with all applicable local employment laws and regulations with your key expertise being in NAM.

ยท Managing strategic projects: Lead and contribute to key HR projects, including global payroll implementation, company-wide Respect in the Workplace training, and compensation/benefits benchmarking.

ยท Benefits management: Support annual benefits renewals, including preparation analysis and recommendation to the executive team.

ยท Employee engagement: Lead and facilitate forums and initiatives that promote engagement and open communication between employees, managers, and leadership.

Must have skills/experience:


ยท HR Operations - Demonstrated experience delivering across a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, reward, communications, and transformation initiatives.

ยท An organized juggler - Demonstrated project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities successfully.

ยท Technology lover โ€“ demonstrates strong aptitude for new and emerging technologies.

ยท Coach - Proven track record of working with, and coaching managers.

ยท Change advocate - Solid experience of supporting a transformational business.

ยท Skilled communicator โ€“ Influencing, Communication, presentation and networking skills.

ยท Conflict Resolution - Skilled in navigating sensitive situations and providing balanced, diplomatic guidance.

ยท High levels of energy and initiative.

ยท Bundles of motivation with a fun personality who can influence team-spirit and enthusiasm to get the job done.


Advantageous skills/experience:


ยท A track record of international HR is very beneficial.

ยท Experience with benefit renewal and employee relations

ยท Experience in a high growth technology/SaaS business is highly desired.
