About The Opportunity

A dynamic and fast-growing player in the UAE’s international trade and consumer goods distribution sector, we specialize in importing, exporting, and logistics coordination for premium FMCG and lifestyle products across the Middle East. Our agile marketing team drives brand visibility, digital engagement, and regional campaign execution—all while ensuring seamless alignment between sales, supply chain, and partner ecosystems. We’re scaling fast and need a detail-oriented, creative Marketing Coordinator to bring structure, energy, and execution excellence to every campaign.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate end-to-end execution of regional marketing campaigns from concept to launch, including timelines, budgets, and asset delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships with designers, printers, influencers, and digital agencies to ensure brand consistency and timely deliverables.
  • Support digital marketing efforts by scheduling social posts, tracking analytics, and assisting with SEO/SEM coordination across product launch phases.
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to align promotional calendars with inventory availability and regional market opportunities.
  • Track campaign ROI using Excel and basic dashboards, reporting KPIs on reach, engagement, and conversion to the Marketing Manager.
  • Organize and inventory marketing collateral, manage CRM data inputs, and maintain compliance with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
