Social Media & Content Manager

About the Role

Lama10 is a fast-growing AI-powered image and video generation platform based in Dubai. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organised Social Media & Content Manager to take full ownership of our social media presence and content ecosystem.

This is not a support role. You will be responsible for driving growth across our channels, building relationships with creators and influencers, managing our community, analysing performance, and helping shape the voice of Lama10 as we expand globally.

Responsibilities

* Own and manage all active social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Discord, the Lama10 Blog, and any future platforms relevant to our audience.

* Identify new and emerging social platforms and proactively establish Lama10’s presence where opportunities exist.

* Create and execute content calendars, including posts, captions, stories, highlights, reposts, and scheduling.

* Monitor, analyse, and optimise channel performance, including reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and audience growth.

* Prepare monthly performance reports with key insights, learnings, and recommendations for future growth.

* Manage influencer and creator relationships from outreach and onboarding to briefing, communication, and performance evaluation.

* Identify collaboration opportunities, partnerships, and co-marketing initiatives that support brand awareness and growth.

* Manage campaign links, UTM tracking, and attribution where required.

* Create basic visual assets when needed using Canva or Adobe.

* Engage with our community through comments, direct messages, and conversations in a timely, authentic, and brand-aligned manner.

* Write, publish, and manage blog content, ensuring consistent quality and ongoing maintenance of the blog.

* ⁠Most important: using ai for a daily work is required. Claude or ChatGPT for daily work!

Requirements

* Currently based in Dubai. Applications from outside the UAE will not be considered.

* Proven experience managing multiple social media channels for a brand, product, or company.

* Experience working with influencers, creators, and partnership campaigns.

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action.

* Excellent written English and the ability to create engaging social and blog content.

* Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for lightweight content creation.

* Strong understanding of AI content creation tools and workflows.

* Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.

* Portfolio required, including social channels managed, campaigns executed, influencer collaborations, or published content.
