This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing in United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and driving end-to-end growth strategy across multiple marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, and lifecycle/email programs. You will partner closely with senior marketing leadership to shape growth roadmaps, onboarding strategies, and performance targets across a portfolio of client accounts. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on marketing leadership, requiring both analytical rigor and strong execution oversight. You will manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team while ensuring consistent performance across acquisition and retention channels. Acting as both strategist and operator, you will define what “good” looks like across CAC, lead quality, and revenue contribution. This is a remote role supporting US-based clients in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.

Accountabilities

You will own the overall growth marketing strategy across client accounts, ensuring alignment between acquisition channels, performance targets, and business outcomes while partnering with senior leadership on roadmap planning and execution priorities.

  • Define and lead multi-channel growth strategies across paid media, SEO, and lifecycle/email marketing, ensuring strong alignment to CAC, revenue, and lead quality goals
  • Build and standardize scalable marketing playbooks, KPIs, and performance frameworks across PPC, SEO, and email programs
  • Oversee campaign execution across channels, ensuring effective tracking, optimization, and continuous performance improvement
  • Lead client-facing strategic discussions, performance reviews, and escalations with senior stakeholders, including executive and clinical audiences
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of managers, strategists, and specialists, raising execution standards and strengthening team capability
  • Own reporting narratives that connect marketing performance to business outcomes such as conversions, retention, and revenue impact
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scaling across accounts and internal operations

Requirements

You bring strong experience in performance-driven growth marketing, with a proven ability to operate across multiple digital channels and lead both strategy and execution in complex, fast-paced environments.

  • 5-7 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally across both agency and in-house environments
  • Hands-on expertise across PPC, SEO, and email marketing, including campaign creation, optimization, and performance analysis
  • Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4, including tracking, attribution, and bidding strategy
  • Experience managing and developing teams (3+ years), with a focus on coaching, feedback, and performance improvement
  • Proven ability to communicate complex marketing performance clearly to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or aesthetics-related industries is highly valued
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
  • Native-level English proficiency (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively in client-facing and leadership settings
