Job Description


Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our client that supports the healthcare industry. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This individual will assist with content creation, email marketing, social media coordination, and basic reporting, while developing foundational marketing skills. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career marketing professional looking to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote role and will be a 6-month contract to hire.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web
  • Draft, proofread, and edit content including emails, newsletters, social posts, and website updates
  • Manage and update website content using templates and content management systems
  • Assist in building and deploying email campaigns using marketing automation tools
  • Schedule and publish social media content while monitoring engagement
  • Track campaign performance and assist with basic reporting and data visualization
  • Support paid media initiatives and SEO efforts at a foundational level
  • Assist with project coordination using templates, checklists, and structured workflows
  • Collaborate with team members and apply feedback to improve deliverables
  • Provide administrative and operational support for marketing initiatives as needed


Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing discipline or equivalent experience

• 1-3 years of marketing experience, including internships

Preferred

• Experience with marketing automation software

• Spanish Language Proficiency preferred


Compensation:

$20/hr to $25/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
