Salesforce FSL Lead - Field Service Lightning โ€“ Full remote in the EU


Empiric are currently working alongside a global retail leader to find a Salesforce Field Service Lightning Lead capable of handling a team size of 3 to 4 people working in different geographies. This will be in the area of Development and Support Tickets.


The Tech Lead should have good hands on Technical experience in Field Service Lightning , FSM Processes.


The Salesforce Tech lead must also have good knowledge about Service Now or similar tools used for L2 and L3 Support. Together with god knowledge on Agile Scrum Processes.

Salesforce Tech Lead knowledge /experience:

  • Work type : Integration and Development
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead, leading a team of 3 to 4 people
  • Primary Skills :- Field Service Lightning , FSM Processes
  • Secondary Skills :- Service Cloud , Sales Cloud , CPQ and Experience Cloud.
  • Interaction with Customer , Business and other third Party Vendors. Hence should have good Liaising Skills.
  • Agile Scrum Processes
  • Service Now or similar tools used for L2 and L3 Support
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Technically strong and hands on experience
  • Previous experience working on a large Salesforce project
