Job Description

LLMOps / MLOps Engineer

You make AI systems reliable, observable, and maintainable in production — closing the gap between a working demo and a system that still works six months later.

About the Position

Our client builds AI solutions that need to keep working after go-live — agents running 24/7, knowledge systems queried hundreds of times a day, automations embedded in client operations across the Netherlands.

You will join as a nearshore LLMOps Engineer, owning the infrastructure layer: CI/CD for AI, prompt versioning, model evaluation pipelines, and the monitoring that keeps everything running in production.

  • Prompt management and versioning across multiple client deployments
  • Evaluation infrastructure: automated quality scoring, hallucination detection, latency tracking
  • Model monitoring in production — drift detection, cost alerts, output quality dashboards
  • Container orchestration and cloud infrastructure for AI workloads on Azure
  • Tooling that makes the rest of the engineering team faster and safer

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in MLOps, DevOps, or platform engineering — ideally with LLM systems in the last 12–18 months
  • Solid with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with MLflow, Weights & Biases, or LangSmith for experiment tracking and evaluation
  • You've built evaluation pipelines for LLM outputs — not just accuracy, but output quality
  • Python scripting is comfortable; full-stack development is not required
  • You care about reliability the way a good engineer cares about clean code
  • Working proficiency in English is a must have — you'll collaborate directly with Dutch-side teams
