Senior Product Designer - Fintech

We are seeking a number of experienced Product Designers to join a specialist digital finance innovation hub based in Abu Dhabi.

As an experienced individual contributor, you will take full ownership of the user experience across advanced financial products - driving design quality, shaping product direction, and working with a high degree of autonomy. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-centred journeys, and play an active role in raising the bar for craft and consistency across the team.

• 5+ years of digital product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates your process from research through to final production
• Prior experience working within the fintech sector or modern financial services
• Hands-on experience designing interfaces for AI, machine learning, or data-heavy applications
• Strong capabilities in user journey mapping, rapid prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design
