Visual Design Lead

Axiom is hiring a Visual Design Lead to shape the creative direction of an ambitious, AI-native financial platform.

The Company

Design is central to the business—not simply a final layer. The team is building new products from the ground up, combining global design standards, regional insight, modern technology, and AI-enabled ways of working.

What You’ll Do

• Own and continually evolve the visual direction across all digital products.
• Create a distinctive visual language across typography, colour, imagery, motion, and interaction.
• Turn standout creative concepts into scalable systems used across multiple product experiences.
• Use AI tools to accelerate exploration, experimentation, and production.
• Art-direct the wider design team and set the quality benchmark for everything that ships.
• Remain hands-on, leading key screens, launches, and signature product moments.

• A distinctive creative perspective that goes beyond current trends.
• Strong experience across product UI, illustration, motion, and interaction design.
• The ability to build a cohesive visual identity across multiple touchpoints.
• Proven experience setting and scaling a visual direction across a wider team.
• An AI-native, collaborative mindset and the confidence to challenge average work and raise the creative standard.
