🧑‍💻  What You'll Do

• Architecture & Design — Lead the design and implementation of core protocol components, from initial prototypes to production-grade deployment.

• Protocol Development — Develop and optimize data structures, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic implementations (e.g., zero-knowledge proofs).

• Security & Verification — Identify attack vectors, failure modes, and performance bottlenecks; apply formal verification or simulation to validate designs.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with researchers, product managers, and security teams to translate roadmaps into precise technical specifications.



• Mentorship & Quality — Drive code quality through design reviews, documentation, and technical leadership; mentor junior engineers.

🔍  Who We're Looking For

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in systems-level languages used in blockchain (Rust, Go) and smart contract languages (Solidity).
• Demonstrated track record of open-source contributions in the Web3 ecosystem.

Domain Knowledge

• Strong background in distributed systems, peer-to-peer networking, and modern blockchain primitives (rollup technologies, account abstraction).
• Up-to-date with rapidly evolving standards such as Ethereum upgrades and inter-blockchain communication protocols.

Problem-Solving

• Proven ability to debug complex issues across network and application layers.
• Experience making high-level architectural tradeoffs across performance, scalability, and security.

Communication

• Ability to document system improvements and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in Korean and English.
