Gunia Consulting is a Swiss-based embedded recruiting and hiring-systems consultancy. One senior partner. Modern stack.
We're building the AI-native version of this company — and we're hiring an operator to own the agent layer with us. Sourcing, outbound, content, screening, reporting. The infrastructure that lets one senior partner run a five-person firm's output.
This is a long-term fractional engagement, opening with a defined 3-month build sprint. Real partnership if the sprint goes well. Clean exit if not. Fully remote. Any location.
Stage 1 — Build sprint
What you'll ship:
- Sourcing workflow end-to-end: Clay + Apollo + LinkedIn Premium + Instantly + Manatal
- AI sourcing agent
- Make migration from Zapier — full Clay → Instantly → Manatal flow
- BD pipeline CRM workflow
- Internal dashboards: outbound performance, candidate flow, pipeline visibility
- Documentation clean enough to operate solo
End of Stage 1: working trial review. Both sides decide whether to continue.
Stage 2 — Operations + extension
If the sprint goes well, we continue the work.

- Stack maintenance and integration fixes
- Performance tuning (outbound, scoring, ICP)
- Documentation updates
- Monthly working sessions and roadmap
- New agent builds (each scoped as its own short project)
Tools you'll be potentially working with
n8n · Make · Clay · Instantly · Apollo · Manatal · LinkedIn Premium · Claude (Agent SDK or workflow integration) · HubSpot · Webhooks · Python or JS where needed.
You don't need to be expert in all of them. You need to be familiar with most of them and able to figure out the rest fast.
Who you are
- You've built end-to-end RevOps, sourcing, or marketing automation workflows for at least one other company.
- You know the difference between "I've used Zapier" and "I've shipped an agent stack that another human now operates."
- You can pair with a non-engineer founder, document everything, and hand it over without breaking it.
- You write clear English and communicate proactively.
- You're comfortable working async-first — short daily Looms, written briefs, etc. Anywhere in the world is fine if that overlap works for you.
- You're a builder, not a consultant. You like sharp briefs, fast iteration, and real autonomy.
- You're looking for durable, compounding work — not a one-off gig.
