Job Description


For our client, we are seeking a Creative Director to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead initiatives at the intersection of scalable technology, AI-enabled capabilities, and business transformation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $149,500 – $175,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Set and evolve the company’s creative vision for a distinctive brand presence
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling creative across various channels
  • Lead development of large-scale brand campaigns for awareness and engagement
  • Build and scale a high-performing in-house creative team
  • Operate as a player-coach on key initiatives while mentoring the team
  • Establish and uphold high standards for creative quality and consistency
  • Own and evolve the company’s visual identity for scalable business use

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies
  • 5+ years leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams
  • Strong strategic instincts connecting brand and creative decisions to business outcomes
  • Exceptional taste and creative judgment with a deep understanding of visual storytelling
  • Experience building and scaling creative systems, not just one-off campaigns
  • Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate the rationale behind creative work
  • Proven ability to lead concept development across multiple formats and channels
