ROLE OVERVIEW

As a UI/UX Designer at Anatech Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive experience of our clients' digital products. You'll collaborate closely with our development and strategy teams to design intuitive, aesthetically compelling interfaces for websites, web applications, and branding projects. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on diverse, impactful projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and digital projects
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries
• Design logos, brand identities, and visual assets for client branding projects
• Translate business requirements and user needs into elegant design solutions
• Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders and clients
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

• Ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints and platforms

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience designing for web applications, landing pages, and responsive layouts
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for graphic/branding work
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX and visual design projects
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics to communicate effectively with developers
• Excellent visual design sense — typography, color theory, and layout
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie)
• Familiarity with SEO principles and how design impacts web performance
• Exposure to AI tools for design automation or asset generation
• Prior experience working in a digital agency environment
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
