About The Role

We are seeking a talented Design Associate to join our fast-paced and creative team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital design, with a focus on creating compelling email campaigns and digital assets for ecommerce brands. As a Design Associate, you will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop visually appealing and effective email templates, WhatsApp creatives, and other promotional materials. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your UI/UX and design skills while contributing to high-impact projects for a diverse portfolio of clients globally.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience working within an agency environment, demonstrating a proven track record in designing promotional emails for ecommerce brands. Proficiency in Figma is essential, along with a strong eye for layout, color schemes, and typography. A basic understanding of UI/UX principles is required to ensure that designs are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly. The candidate should be self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly are also important qualities for success in this role.
