About The Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our creative team remotely on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Your work will directly influence how users interact with our products, ensuring an intuitive and engaging experience from initial concept to final implementation. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to craft cohesive visual identities, build scalable design systems, and produce high-quality design assets. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design, with a proven track record of delivering compelling digital experiences. Proficiency in Figma is essential, along with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. A solid understanding of design principles, including responsive design, grids, and layout systems, is required to create adaptable and consistent interfaces. Candidates should demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail in typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy. Experience in developing brand identities, marketing visuals, and pitch decks will be considered a strong advantage. Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include designing responsive UI layouts and screens that work seamlessly across devices, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma to communicate design concepts effectively. You will own the entire visual experience, from conducting user research to delivering polished design handoffs to developers. Building and maintaining scalable design systems, style guides, and component libraries will be essential to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will design marketing creatives such as social media graphics, banners, and brand collateral to support our promotional efforts. Creating custom visual assets like icons and illustrations will be part of your scope, alongside collaborating closely with developers and product managers to ensure the integrity of the design is preserved throughout the development process. Ensuring visual consistency in typography, color schemes, spacing, and hierarchy will be a continuous focus to deliver a cohesive user experience.
