We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone passionate about connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably within the Tech industry, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.
You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake meeting to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate experience, communication, and fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring updates to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and market conditions, especially within the Tech space.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Experience recruiting for Tech roles preferred (Software Engineers, QA, Product, DevOps, etc.).
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Advanced English preferred.
